Somehow Steve managed order paczki from the bakery the news vans decended upon this morning. 4 was taping while we were there. 7 was out in the parking lot. Now FOX 2 has Al Allen out there.

I liked how the Detroit Motorcycle cops were there. I love Michigan in February.

I just got back from the paczki eating contest at the Knights of Columbus Hall. 7 contestants. Doug held on to the Bob Bennett Memorial Cup (modelled after the Stanley cup, made out of pots and bowls) consuming a record 22 paczki in 15 minutes. Had time to spare. 2 women put in a strong showing; 9 and 11 (by the pregnant girl). 2 of 5 men ran out to vomit before the 15 minutes were up. So much fun!
