Ginnah Muhammad, an American-Muslim woman who refused to remove her veil in Hamtramck's district court, has had her day in a Federal court. A written opinion should be issued soon, though Muhammad's lawyer has promised to appeal to the US Supreme Court if the ruling is not in her favor.
