UPDATE: There seems to be a problem with our internet connection today.
7/23/08: I've received a few phone calls and e-mails that people are unable to get to our website. It appears that an unusually high amount of traffic is more than our current server is able to handle. Steven is currently working on an upgrade that should eliminate this problem.

seriously, did you see the black tar in front of the businesses from caniff to evaline and down the sidestreets.
not even smoothed out but just put over the worksites any way at all.
who hired these people?
they do their digging, get paid the bigbucks, and leave the main street looking like trash.
work has to be done but you don't fix one problem and create a bigger one.
these tarmounds are hazardous to pedestrians, the elderly, and kids on bikes, etc.
it's pathetic and sad.

I spent most of the day yesterday re-running our cable lines from where they enter the house. According to Comcast, the modem is now getting better signal which ought to improve our performance.
