1. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING BLIGHT ORDINANCE 473. The proposed amendment establishes a prohibition on the storing, housing or wintering of commercial vehicles in areas zoned residential.

4. RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE HAMTRAMCK CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2010. In accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act (Public Act 267 of 1976, as amended,) the 2010 regular city council meeting dates will be set. Placed on the agenda by City Clerk Norris.

SECTION IV: NEW BUSINESS - Ordinance introductions and resolutions for initial consideration. -

1. RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A STUDENT ADVISORY POSITION TO THE HAMTRAMCK RECYCLING COMMISSION. Placed on the agenda by Councilmember Stackpoole.

2. RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF NEW POLICE VEHICLES. This resolution approves the purchase of three(3) new police vehicles. Placed on the agenda by City Manager Cooper.
