Dear citizens of Hamtramck,

You are cordially invited to attend “My Community, My Voice,” the first Southside Community Showcase, on Thursday, July 29th, from 5 – 7 PM, at People’s Community Services (8625 Joseph Campau St.).

The goal of the showcase is to provide a platform for youth to present their assessment of the community, as well as their analyses of the issues that affect young people here in Hamtramck, to community members and local decision-makers. There will be a multi-media presentation, including spoken word performances, a community photo gallery, and art.

The young people of Hamtramck have a voice that wants to be heard, so please show your support and come on out.

Refreshments will be provided.
